Anyhow I've taken the liberty to send them this email, I would love for everyone to either cut and paste it then send it to them or do up their own, either way I'd like to see a mass response, to let them know we want more transparency.

To Whom It May Concern:
I’m a share holder in Carbon Energy and have been for some time now, I’m extremely disappointed to hear yet again another delay in the efforts to have the increase granted, I know there are many shareholders that are growing impatient with continued delay after delay on this matter and would like me, prefer to see Carbon Energy go ahead producing Electricity for Ergon Energy from the allowable 1.5MW, personally I can not see why we can’t capitalise on the current allowable 1.5MW.

Many share holders would like more detail on what the problem is with the current application or what extra information is required. We as the owners should be entitled to more information, we’ve watched the share price plummet from eighty cents to a mere 10cents in such a short period.

I would like more transparency and today’s information contained in the announcement was in my opinion not nearly transparent enough when I have a substantial amount of my hard earned money invested in this company.

Why don’t you proceed with the current allowable 1.5MW, are you not allowed to do this?

I would greatly appreciate answers to all my queries.
