being manipulated There was barely anything left at 4.5c & so why would someone dump 32,000 shares at 4.4c except to tick the price down & scare some more sellers out ...NEO have said they have commercial reserves so like Dingo I have blind faith & think NEO & OPL will have a great year.....I've already bought more NEO today as just don't know when an announcement may come in & I just tried to buy another small parcel at 4.5c - it got denied & my online broker just phoned me up & said I was trying to manipulate the price up & not to try it again until the price trades at 4.5.....for gods sake ...they never tell off the real manipulators buying & dropping tiny orders all day long ticking the price....at least it's been 1/2 hour since someone dumped those 32,000 & no-one else has dumped at 4.4c yet though the 4.5c sells are now overflowing...?
