Adrian, I've posted my email address. Don't hesitate to contact me. You can trust me and my confidence (anyone else too who feels aggrieved.) Patrick already has. Even though I am a very experienced solicitor (property, business, estate planning etc), I am not credentialled to attack this personally and directly from a legal point of view. However, I do have the right city connections, both at the solicitor and bar level, mainly Sydney.
Shareholders can't be treated with such contempt.
