my own reconciliation for what its worth, page-7

The question remains ... are the assets really worth the agreed $35m?

Bluecrest has had the assets on the market since mid 2008. Most of the players in the Bryah basin have no doubt considered acquisition of the assets ... So why now the sudden rush of - seemingly desperate - commercial deals. (RNI + ALY)

One might have expected these desperate commercial terms 2 years ago when
    1) gold started to head north.. or
    2) in the wake of the De Grussa discovery.

It seems to be accepted that Fortnum can be brought up to production relatively easily. But I would be highly surprised if Miles could actually bring it together "on schedule & within budget".

People & Resources just aren't that easily corralled in WA at the moment. Especially for a project of this marginal quality.

I'm tipping >5 years to see any return on the $35m deal.

As for exploration potential - it is all about heritage access ... follow this link ... These traditional owners are known to be difficult and contrary to popular belief many of the heritage obligations are not entirely "extinquished"....

Just a couple of points to consider when you're voting on the deal
