    My intuition says that Silverlake Resources are about to make an offer to aquire PRH.

    Any coincidence that PRH announce a trading halt pending an announcement regarding a "material transaction" at the same time(10 minutes later) SLR announce a trading halt pending an announcement regarding an aquisition.

    SLR and PRH have a history....they bought Tuckabianna off us(Tectonic). Pitty we did not hang onto the SLR shares we received as part of the deal. The 1.66m shares issued at 30 cents would be now valued at about $5.7m. SLR have been a genuine ten bagger.

    SLR had nearly $100m in cash and bullion at the end of 2011.

    I wonder what the offer price will be?
