If I understand it correctly that the finance detail will come after the design and engineering work is completed for US site (I guess maybe another 1-2 month minimum)
cap. raising isn't the first preference in the management's mind, but if we consider the future potential of the aluminium recycling business, nothing is going to stop us to grow even they couldn't fully debt fund it, and it would be a good opportunity to get some institutional investors on the share registry. ,imo.
