I read it a little differently - the 12(b)&(c) note in the financials for NSU.
1. 10% interest is "free carried" - no ifs or buts
2. 30% interest is a bought interest based on NPV formula etc. and is paid out of cash flow.
I think we agree there??
The other money I interpreted as a "loan" for the ongoing development, since in NSU case the first gold was Dec 2010, and would be for their share or capital cost going forward.
Be great if it is actually the Gov't share of capital cost since project inception.
Any way of knowing for sure wrt to STB?
