GOR rose on the back of a report by newletter Diggers and Drillers, which promoted AZH, GOR and EVG/PGI. All three shares had a major rise in their price, but only AZH has gone on to make higher highs since then.
We need DnD to do a pump on GMR, or further excellent drill results if we want rapid price appreciation. DnD recommended shares are not doing so well in recent times, so perhaps their impact is a lot less these days.
