i guess im not getting my point across

look at the raw data, if you cherry pick your data, and dont include the minimums, you remove significant lows

thats why i say the picture wont be clear until we pass that seasonal minimum

regardless, during a period of lowering of interest rates pent up demand will be moved forward

will it propel us into a new clear uptrend, or just a holding pattern until its effect wears off?

i am thinking that during the IR lowering period, stock levels will continue to build up - slower, but prices will mostly be flat
