Actually moon I agree with a lot of what you are saying. Always thought the same about our tax laws they encourage over investment in the family home and reduce money for the economy. But another thought is what about investors with rising rents and falling interest rates. As a service to the community I intend to spend the extra money on consumables, stuff paying debt off and stuff saving, the retailers need us.
