if you were in a position to borrow 1m for a business that made 400k per yr what wld someone with a bit of get up and go do..

they wld borrow the money buy the business then 3 yrs later get 400k per yr with no debt...free cashflow

then u had the opportunity to borrow another 1m but almost triple your profit..what wld you do?


this is quite simply what fmg are doing...they are borrowing to expand and even with a fall in iron ore price they are well ahead..and even if they sell only 75mt of iron ore they can still pay debt down

execution is the risk...but the mkt has priced in a lot of that already!
