One thing to remember if HAL proceeds with the JV on the 2819 acres.

Yes the next well will be free carried by HAL. After that I am assuming that Samson and their partner Mountain will have to pony up 37.5% each for well costs which in TB's own words are approx $5 million per well as stated in his July 11, 2011 PR. So for each well drilled by HAL Samson will have to come up with $1.875,000.

At 55 bopd per well net to Samson after State and Landowner royalties each well will take approx one year to pay off.
