Wrong. Surplus is not a sign of excessive tax and asset sales. It's conservative Government SPENDING. Tell me, how many taxes have this current gov removed? How many have they introduced? Treasurer of the year award- give me a break. Has anyone bothered to look up previous recipients and see where they and their countries are now? It should be labelled the "debt creation award".
