PLA credibility is shot, they will need consecutive quarters of delivering their stated targets to get the attention of new punters wanting to invest into the PLA story.
However the journey will still be a tough one, as any subsequent rise will be met by stale bulls wanting to exit and redeploy capital elsewhere.
