It stated in the PXUPA PDS that dividends are at the discretion of PPX management. You and all other PXUPA holders agreed to this when purchased?

Now if you dont like it sell it and move on. The publicity you say you are creating does help to point out the pitfuls and risks involved with hybrid instruments for future investors but thats about it (and these are stated in the PDS).

Why hasnt paperlinx closed you down? Why would they? And who says that they can? Its a free world you can do and say whatever you like. Dont assume a non reply from paperlinx is evidence of your views.
