    Without a doubt, however I think everyone will be suprised with the final off take partner - I believe it will be the Japanese - (not the Chinese or Lynas) if some recent deals done are any indication

    Also the Japanese just posted their first annual trade deficit in 30 years - they are desperate to keep their factories open in Japan, and the only alternative offering a sure supply of heavy rare earths is to move production facilities to China where the Chinese "could" (or should that read "would") steal their technology

    The Japanese know this and for this reason I believe the Japanese will end up offering the best terms to secure supply of HREE

    I recall reading both Hitachi and Toyota investing directly via off take agreements to secure supplies
