Just to clarify my opinion on "any possibility of a takeover of AGS by Q/Heathgate".
Always imo, I have been posting that I do not see how there can be resolution at the next announcement(NTMA)(upto Feb 10th), that Q/Heathgate will totally buyout any or all of AGS.
I'm only guessing, the same as others, that post there will be a buyout.
There could be any number of On-going possibilities re the mediation process atm and that process could proceed past Feb 10. I can think of a few (including a buyout).
While I do not completely rule out a buyout.I believe it highly probable that an outcome other than a buyout is in process because of the very fact that "Mediation" is "ongoing", which is opposite to other interpretations by some posters.
In this instance mediation (hopefully other than the NTMA matter) is being used for some sort of finality to a dispute where one Partner has 75%. Again I'm only guessing but to me that also has to carry some substance.
If it was gained through deception and to what degree I cant fathom it and do not know the Law regarding same!.
Who can determine it other than a Court of Law.?
The "Mediation" process (AGS/H/Q)is conducted by a highly professional and experienced person so a total buyout would be the last option?.imo
How can fair value for AGS be determined in the event of a cash buyout?
Its only a short time upto Feb 10. All shareholders can do is wait until then and hope AGS receives what is fair and just to the degree of any wrongdoing by Q/H.!, through mediation, if not some clarification re ongoing matters would help!
