    3500, I have no concept of the value of SER's other assets but post Mega they will hold a nominal $14M in Mega plus the royalty stream so call it $15M.
    So I presume you are comfortable with a $5m/1.5c per share valuation on the remaining assets?
    One of the potential upsides for SER is if Mega stock performs well over the next year or two and grows SER's $14M investment.
    Think I'll stick around for a while and see how it goes as the graphite macros look encouraging.
