IMHO we do not have to worry about a buyout on SSN.
1) Not enough acerage to take over 2) Short term cash position adequate 3) Buyout company or partner will require to view 3-D before any action.
Due to the size of SSN and its position it makes sence to partner on specific areas that have a proven history along with future potential shown on 3-D.
Why go thru take over cost when a partnership will perform the same cost benefit. I do think SSN will need a strong partner in the near future.
