If we are so confident of winning in court, why should we want it not to go ahead. I would prefer we re-coup our 1/2 million dollars. Why should us shareholders brunt the loss of that sort of money. Just wondering on opinions of this. Calcifer should be made to pay for our court costs and the cost of lost opportunity - loss of shareholder value. I personally hope it goes to court to teach these idiots a lesson.
