    Hi Springkaan

Whilst reading your post I was thinking about how owning your own home can protect you from being impacted by any event in the landlord's life. Of course, he could be selling for many reasons but the outcome is that someone external to your life can march in and say "time to go, things have changed".

For some, this is cool and they don't mind the disruption to their lives, with the moving costs and time being incidental. For me, I like to come home and have no such news from someone I don't really know - make our own decisions.

    That is just me.

Good tenants are gold and in that respect, finding another property won't be a problem for you.

A tenant of mine was recently telling me a ' landlord story ' and the person sounded like a grub, which of course, exist on both sides.

I hope the speccies are good to you and they are the ones I am holding.

    all the best
