    re: Ann: Proposed Merger with Silver Lake Res... GZ, maybe the directors were carrying out their fiduciary duty and making sure that shareholders got a return rather than nothing? No doubt you saw the "Material Uncertainty Regarding Continuation as a Going Concern" section of the auditor's report in the annual report.
