("I am thinking of getting some legal advice regarding miss-management and miss-information of last year. When I asked the question regarding the cost blowout last year the share price was $1.34 and they assured me that what they have raised back in June 2010 would be sufficient and no need to dilute share price further. May be a class action would be appropriate.")

    AMDG1,

Sorry for not replying to the above "very important" comments of yours.

From what you've said, IMHO you have very good grounds of discussing that matter to your Lawyers. And I feel quite confident that you would have a plesant surprise by doing so.

As for the class action part, yes IMO it is very possible. Especially if we are to look at what happened with OZL.

If you decide to proceed, let me know, and if you want to, I will give you the name of a Lawyer at Slater & Gordon that specialize in these sort of things. And, most importantly, it will cost you nothing.

I am now wondering as to why the previous CFO left and/or resigned from his position. Unless of course he was made to offer his resignation. Behind the curtains of a Board, God only knows. Please DYOR.

    Cheers
