One of the main reasons why I invested in Range about two years ago was the fact that they didn't have any debt. After seeing numerous companies going under due to the fact that they were in breach of their covenants.
However I have experienced the other side of not having the debt facilities in the last two years were the issued share capital of Range has more than doubled and therefore am happy that they will utilise this route as well.
Do you think that if the funds are going to come from a debt facility then there will be some form of urgency on the part of the management in getting the projects started and completed?
Why do you think the gourd on field development will not happen? Surely after putting in $4m PL must have some sorts of assurances and timelines as to when this will happen. Remember LGO was / is more or less down the pan before this deal, therefore PL must be holding some cards where he con make Leni dance to his tunes.
