CR doesn't always mean a stock will fall.

As an example I currently own AKK who announced a Capital Raising Placement on the 24th Jan. At that point the share price was 2.7c and here we are 3 days later the price is 3.6c.......that's a 30% increase.

The ann OBL make when the trading halt is lifted will have a bearing on what happens to the share price IMO.

As Cudeco said in a previous post.......the devil is in the detail.

If you look at resolutions 3 and 4 from the AGM.......perhaps the directors are working to a plan.
