Would not the condition/s precedant(of the NTMA Registering) be what AGS/ACE were seeking under the heading (below) on the Status update Page on Alliance's Web Site?

"On 12 November 2009 ACE issued proceedings against Quasar and Heathgate seeking:.......)"

AND as it is a "status update page" why is there no qualifying, that the M&D C Matter is in part of the Mediation process re NTMA.

A Confidentiality clause should not prohibit that, at least. Should it?

I'll try and get some clarity(phone and email) from the AGS next week.
If others want to question AGS. The more the merrier.imo

Has anyone questioned(rang or emailed) AGS re the "Status Update page" of the M&D C Matter?


The share price movements AT this stage(no buyout or settlement of the M&D C Matter imo) are telling one thing and majority speculation is telling another!
