There was a great song written in the '60's I believe 'Only a pawn in their game ' .This incident is archtypcal political manipulation echoed by the sentiments of the song.
No one is condoning what the tent people did but at the end of the day the reality is that they have been stirred up and incited because they can be .One has to ask oneself about the level of integrity in our political parties where the process is to them a game completely divorced from the needs of their constituents and the disadvantaged whom they purport,incredibly ,to serve .
Of course we all know who was intended to get the blame for this and now sadly who is going to suffer the consequences in the public's eye .It is a completely shameful exercise in total cynicism that disgracefully is still in the process of spin and cover up
