It is only a 6 month chart you have displayed.
In my opinion Kingsgate was way oversold same as most other Gold stocks. Then Gold went up $60 or so in 2 days so I think it is fair enough that Kingsgate rose strongly( as well as other Gold stocks) .
Maybe you should have a reference to the gold price on your chart so you can see what is happening by comparing one to another.
I think just relying on charts alone is a bit dangerous in some cases.
