    It's a good question Sierra.

    I guess my view is that I don't see a property crash eventuating, and if prices were to go off the boil, it wouldn't be anything like what some here almost hope for, which staggers me because the crash they hope for would destroy lives and families, and have enormous social consequences. What I see is property prices remaining flat for some time.

    Equally, I don't know if you could say that the market is at it's low either...who knows what might come of the situation in Europe...nothing special going on in the US either, and Heaven helps us if the demand for Chinese goods from those parts of the world dwindle.

    That all said, I think there are possibly some great opportunites in the stockmarket this year, and that's where my focus will be. I like the uranium sector particularly, as I dont see any other alternatives to feed our ever increasing energy requirements and I've already put my money where my mouth is and done fairly well so far.

    I'm not selling any property though. I'll pass them onto my children should I ever decide to have any...failing that my nieces wouldn't mind them either I'd imagine
