By GBM-IV I assume you are referring to a brain tumour and that this is a glioblastoma multiform - grade 4. Very nasty, I had niece in her early twenties who died from this not so long ago.
Mobile phones have a lot to answer for with the sharp increase in terminal type brain cancers since their introduction. It is a personal choice, but one I have never taken up and never will. Constant interruption to your life imo.
Glad to hear that your friend has shown a reversal in the size of his medically judged terminal tumour type due to his open minded actions. I wish him well.
Glio's are always considered to be terminal, with few surviving beyond 18 months of diagnosis. If your friend makes a complete recovery as the child I referred to above , who I believe also had a glio, then he should shout his 'method' from the rooftops so that the knowledge can be passed onto others as the father of the child did.
