No one wants to see 'our' elixia sitting in the back shelves, unloved or attended to, however with funding restrictions comes the limited resources. Elixia is in 42 Myer outlets and should be in over 500 commercial outlets Australia wide. So who services these outlets. You would need at least 5 full time employees to visit each outlet once a month, checking positions, appearance, educating staff and promoting. As soon as they leave, it would be back to ISQ for the next 29 days. What I would like to see from someone, is not what they would like to see, but how will, what they want to see, be done. The argument is not what needs to be done, but how.
Personally I still dont think POH have the capacity to do what ever if is that the global cosmetics companies do.
