Hottod, things can definitely be done better, but again I'm not asking what needs to be done, my concern is how.
The example you give is a classic example of a company that can dedicate every resource and last cent to improve and develop.
If what you're asking is for some improvement in 'housekeeping' then that's fine, by all means we need a totally professional image and obviously at point of sale that is not always the case.
If it's a total upgrade in priority, in my opinion that isn't going to happen.
