Yeah mate but what you don't understand is that that sounds good on paper but in the real world (especially a credit constrained one like the one we live in now) it is not good for a company's shareprice as you need to heavily discount to attract funding, and issue lots more shares ...
I don't know many people who are knowingly interested in buying a share that is going to go down in value ...
