At least they have put 2 weeks on the SIOC-cdt settlement Inside.Thats better than the usual "expected soon".
With the cash from this they should be able to draw down for Penumbra when needed given the last Capex I saw for Penumbra was around 40M so they should only need about 5-10M to pay for the balance given ABSA is putting in 35M.
Why the separate annmnt?
Imo it comments on what most holders have been pondering over and you dont have to go wading through the Qtrly to find the info and then interpret it.Their Qtrlies are pretty bulky with ops/project updates.
All in all it looks like we'll see some value finally put back into the company in 2012.My guess is they'll try to get the oppies back in the money by years end and with any luck a bit more.

Well they have a couple of big variables in Botswana and the final DeWitt numbers which should give it a bit of a kick in the rear.
