With the Silica project it is going to be a fairly attractive offer once it all gets ut together.
For instance:
1. We will have a major partner who is committed to building the plant. 2. MHM has/will acquire all the Silica resources required to feed the plant now and into the future. 3. Water, charcoal, etc should all be sorted out prior (otherwise the partner would not sign on). 4. The gov should be onside (otherwise the partner would not sign on) 5. THe partner should also bring their financial might, which combined with an IPO and debt finance should fund the plant.
It then just becomes a proces of getting all the required DA and environmental approvals and then building/commissioning the thing.
Pretty attractive offer for investors who want exposure to a resource project without the normal fuss associated with spec stocks in the sector.
