I don't think the announcement rules out taking legal action? The last line:
ARX is assessing the situation and reviewing alternatives open to it
Could very well mean there will be legal action or some sort of claim for compensation to be lodged. I am sure management is working on something but I imagine they can't/shouldn't reveal all until the wheels are set in motion. Just in my opinion :)
