    I missed this ann. re a second sale.

    very low key, it seems to me.

    Why leave it to the junior partners to make the ann.?

    So that would be about $500,000 to TMK.

    I would say it has all been spent on the new contiguous acreage.

    Almsot a swap. Correct?
