"Someone" has been issued with 4 million shares for 2.7 cents and 4 million free options AFTER they are trading for up to 3.9 cents and .009 cents?? Thank you very much.
My first reaction is that it stinks to high heaven.
Of course, it could be well above board, but it comes a full week after the initial ann and just looks very bad indeed. Any thoughts?
