Markco- Nick Curtis has already accepted that Lynas didnt do enough to consult with local stakeholders. While some I would agree were completely irredeemable, I have been very surprised that some significant somewhat credible groups and opinion leaders have come out against the project such as the Medical Association, the Bar Association and now the Opposition. The reality has always been that the more Lynas does to get public opinion on its side, the easier it is for the Government to support Lynas. Has Lynas done enough lobbying? I dunno....We will see.
