your calculation for fair value only includes Geelong plant and the first US plant (which is only 25% of total US supply),
you need to include the other 75%, that's NPAT $44.1, and maybe 30% of it should reflect on the m/c that gives you $13.23m, plus other opportunity around the world.
this is not a finite resource, it's infinite resource and no one is able to compete with this company in the world atm.
