MHM has substantial blue-sky, no question about it. I am identifying a price target that I think it 'should' trade within, not where it will trade. With these type of companies I would like to pay a price which is justified by the current financial performance, in which case the blue-sky is a free bonus.
I'm sure MHM management will strive to secure debt funding - which they may do. I'm only forecasting a modest CR, I don't think it matters a great deal which way they go - unless they sought to undertake a large CR. We do need to remember, MHM will need to maintain a cash reserve/buffer during this period, so not every cent can be diverted to fund the facility.
I'm not so stubborn as to believe my assumptions are neccessarily correct, it's just my current thoughts.
