and its also interesting wrt the position of the "post-permian" interests of ICN and BPT.

i got the impression way back, that this was a major cause of the dispute relating to the farmin of Beach to 855.

it seemed that BPT was stalling/obstructing ICN in its endeavours to progress the evaluation/movement in those sections of the permit.

now, in the new f/in agreement, ICN is confirmed as the Operator.

But it appears that this "operatorship" is not finalised?
it says "Beach has agreed to support the appointment of ICN as the Operator of CSG exploration operations in the Post-Permian sections".
so to me that says that this still has not occurred, and also there is no mention of any exploration ativities being planned.

still just more crap now from ICN.

hindsight is such a wonderful thing.
