    wllmtrish,

Thanks again for posting your emails to AGS.

Whilst it is not appropriate for AGS or anyone else for that matter to try to influence a judicial officer, there is no reason why AGS's legal representatives cannot make enquiries with the Judge's associate to ascertain how things are progressing with respect to the judgment.

In addition, if the timeframe for delivering a judgment is excessive and unreasonable, the parties to the litigation can raise their concerns with the Chief Judge.

By the way, there doesn't have to be a date set down for the next directions hearing for the judgment to be delivered. It can be provided directly to the parties. I note AGS keep making reference to the fact that there is no date set for the next directions hearing, possibly to suggest the judgment can't be delivered until such time as a date is set. Perhaps they know the judgment isn't forthcoming and are trying to throw people off by making reference to the absence of date for the directions hearing....

Furthermore, the parties can ask the registrar to list the matter for a directions hearing to bring the matter back before the Court. Why don't AGS do this???

I have my suspicious, I think I have made them know.
