Whether the price incorporates the 'blue-sky' is a question of the individual and general investor sentiment imo.

I'm not in the aluminium industry, so I have no basis upon which to judge the likely take-up on a global scale. What I do assume is that there are numerous country specific, industry specific and company specific factors that could potentially impact upon global expansion plans - factors that it would be hard for someone not working within the industry to foresee. That is why I would not pay for the blue-sky.
