Put an "X" as your response to the first 2 questions to indicate the chairman is voting as your proxy. Then simply place your 'X's according to your own voting preference (rather than the chairmans). If you intend voting against the incentive bonus's, then place your 'X's under the 'Against' column for the last rew questions about that subject (the last 4 I think from memory).

PS: If you just want to let the Chairman vote for you, then just put 'X' in Q1.
