i'm glad management are demanding what was initially agreed upon. we don't need the money for exploration or to prove up a resource - we need assistance developing it.
lcy (even when 50% owned by NMDC) are still a small player ($80m market cap) so the upfront cash is important to the transaction even if it isn't as important for day-to-day operations.
