Retrac I reckon you might be right.
My inital thought is we just produce a concentrate and not worry about massive capex for a refining plant.
Maybe flog it to to someone like Molycorp for separation and processing at their renovated plant.
Of course upside to this would depend on the price we can get for a mixed concentrate compared to single element concentrates and the time/cost required to build a plant. Frankly I'd rather cash in my pocket in two years for the next 30 years than wait around for building of a plant in 5 years.
