    farmboy,

I pretty much agree with him but that is of little consequence, of course aboriginal people, of any culture, have different opinions. People sharing any perceived culture have different viewpoints, this site is a good example, to think otherwise of any ethnic group is naive at best.
The issue as far as I can see is would there be level of reporting if this was a mostly caucasian crowd. I mean fair dinkum, come on, what happened, they banged on the windows and chanted because they thought they had been insulted on a sensitive day for them (and me).
We have all seen the footage a plethora of times, as they dragged the P.M. away they were surrounded by 20 or 30 police and security, and a pack of media, not a bloody protester in sight. The only time we see any real confrontation was when one idiot tries to stand in front of the P.M.'s car a some boofhead 'gives it to 'im'.
Remember the protests at the G20 etc.
Massive over reaction by security, made worse by Gillard (no athlete ) stumbling, hence the fear on her face with the biggest concern being getting through the media scrum.
    Jeff
