I have not come into contact with anyone who was not deplored by the disgraceful attempt by labor's Garrett to label Australia Day as invasion day, and the even more disgraceful racial incitement to violence and riot that seem to have been orchestrated by varying degrees by labor operatives very close to the current labor PM...
Of course if you have a sitting government that seems to have attempted to use and abuse Australia Day for these low political purposes, it is not surprising that most of the population is wondering what the hell is going on and what sort of crazy lunatics are involved with the current government...
Protests about Australia Day certainly do seem to be more heavily supported as you claim but the support seems to be from dangerously radical far-left socialists, unstable greens and anarchists/nihlists who seem to be in agreement with and possibly coordinating the ongoing socialist deconstruction of the social, industrial and economic fabric of Australia...
