I agree with you Early and I topped up my SDG (and FKP) yesterday morning. Both trade at significant discounts to NTA. I sold CHC (much smaller discount) to do so. Contrary to what some other poster said recently, a fair sp for REITs generally is NOT 50% of NTA.

However, with regard to the lack of dividend, I do think this is holding the sp down. Makes no sense to me but obviously it is important to a lot of investors. Why dont they just sell a few shares every now and then if they need the cash?

Anyways, time will tell and hopefully we will get a rerating soon. I'm happy to hold.
